    HAVE QUESTIONS?

  • How do I install a Kelvin?

    accordion-icon

Kelvin can be DIY installed in under 5 minutes with all screws and guides included in the box. For USA clients, we include dry-wall anchors for easy installation without any tools required. If you are not handy, no problem! You can get in touch with any handyman or local installer for quick and easy installation.

  • Where should I install a Kelvin?

    accordion-icon

We recommend installing the Kelvin facing high areas of use. If it’s your home office, then the ideal positioning will be facing your work desk. This allows you to feel comfortable at lower air temperatures and maximise the energy saving capabilities of infrared heat.

  • How many Kelvin heaters do I need?

    accordion-icon

That depends entirely on the size of the room you wish to heat and your ceiling height. We recommend the Kelvin Large heater for larger rooms of 10m²-19m² (107 sqft - 204 sqft) and the Kelvin Standard heater for rooms under 9m² (96 sqft) assuming a standard 2.4m (7.8ft) ceiling height.

Does not hear my small living room

Does not heat my small living room. Lack of sufficient customer service

Like the Kelvin. The sensor and the app not so much.

I like the design and concept of the Kelvin heater and it does a nice job of taking the chill out of my bedroom. The sensor however is very frustrating and I'm not sure it's actually doing anything. The app is also buggy. For example, I wanted to set-up a daily routine for the Kelvin heater to turn on and off at a certain time. I set the start time at 9pm and the end time at 8am (the following morning) but it would not allow this because it said the end time had to be greater than the start time! SMH

Better than expected

The materials and feel is even better than it looks on the website. The large panel heats my 200 sqft room like a charm! I have good insulation but outside temperatures can get really cold so I'm impressed!

More impressive than I was expecting.

For a first impression I give this 4 stars. I can't comment on long term use. I'm still having problems with the WIfI connectivity, but it's not a deal breaker for me. Previously I bought a comparable product from Amazon; It eventually failed and broke. When I compare the Kelvin to that this is lightyears ahead. First off the materials are top notch. It does not feel like they cut corners anywhere. Second, it works quite well and achieves the task of keeping the room warmer, without noise. From a design perspective it accomplishes several unexpected things. The glass surface reflects light and makes a smaller room appear visually larger. The same surface also works as a dry erase board. I simply recommend only using that capability in the warmer months (the heat might burn in the color or smell). And lastly, the modern appearance seems like it would integrate well with any decor. Also, be as strategic as possible when mounting. It works best when it has room to radiate heat, i.e., don't hide this under a desk or place within an alcove.

Works great in milder temps, struggles to beat freezing temps

I installed a Kelvin in my home office, which is a shed located off my main home. When the overnight low reaches about 40 Fahrenheit or lower, I need to run an additional heater in the morning to get my office warmed back up. When it is milder, the Kelvin does just fine on its own.

The wifi connectivity and app are very well designed and easy to use, and the heater itself is gorgeous and emits a very pleasant heat. I really like the cost tracking tool to see how much it is affecting my energy bill! It was also surprisingly simple to install on the wall and setup.

To temper my earlier criticism, I think if I had better insulation in my office that the Kelvin wouldn't struggle as much. I'm probably just asking too much of it. Overall, this is really a good heater.
