A Guide to Disconnecting Devices from A Room on The Boldr Energy App

Through the Boldr Energy app, you can disconnect your devices from a specific room

This can be useful if you're relocating a device to a different room. If you need to delete an entire room instead, refer to this guide

There are two ways to disconnect a Boldr device from a room. Follow the simple steps below to use either method.

Method 1: Disconnecting Through Settings

  1. Open the Boldr Energy app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Devices.
  4. Select the Boldr device you want to disconnect.
  5. Tap the Disconnect button. 
  6. That’s it! Your Boldr device has been successfully disconnected from the room.

Method 2: Disconnecting Through The Home Page

  1. Open the Boldr Energy app.
  2. On the Home page, select the room that contains the device you want to disconnect.
  3. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the page.
  4. Select Devices.
  5. Tap the Boldr device you want to disconnect.
  6. Tap the Disconnect option. 
  7. That’s it! Your device is now disconnected from the room.

Now, you can reassign your Boldr device to a different room as needed.
