  • SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

    All orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes promised at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events. 

  • SHIPPING RATES

    All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or Standard International Economy. Shipping fees vary depending on delivery address and order value. Shipping fees are non refundable.

  • SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and order will be dispatched from BOLDR's contract manufacturing partner and dispatcher Rohit Capital UAB.

  • PAYMENT TERMS

    BOLDR accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Splitit and others.

    Please Note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

  • Returns Policy

    Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. If the goods are not faulty, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage incurred when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty, then we will assume the costs of returning the goods. In the case that you do not want a product that are in good working order (i.e. due to a mistake in ordering, product turns out not to be suitable for purpose intended) all such goods returned should be in saleable condition. Our 30 day calendar policy is not valid for Pre Ordered items. All sales are final for pre ordered items. Pre-orders and custom items are pushed directly to our contract manufacturer to start producing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • refund requirements

    Product must be undamaged and in original packaging. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

  • RETURNING THE ORDER

    In order to return an order, you must contact us first on [email protected] and inform us of your desire to return the product. Please quote your order number in the email.

    IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs and duties with regard to the items that you wish to return. When shipping the return please choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method of delivery. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it and resell it, then we may reject a refund.
