TEMPI DI ELABORAZIONE DELLA SPEDIZIONE
Tutti gli ordini vengono elaborati e spediti entro i tempi promessi al momento del pagamento. Gli ordini non vengono spediti o consegnati nei fine settimana o nei giorni festivi.
Gli ordini possono subire ritardi nella spedizione a causa di discrepanze nelle informazioni di fatturazione o spedizione. I tempi di transito possono essere prolungati a causa dell'incompletezza dell'indirizzo di spedizione (ad es. numero di appartamento/numero civico mancante o non valido), delle condizioni meteorologiche e/o dell'elevato volume di pacchi durante le festività o gli eventi promozionali.

TARIFFE DI SPEDIZIONE
Tutti gli ordini vengono spediti tramite FedEx, DHL o Standard International Economy. Le spese di spedizione variano a seconda dell'indirizzo di consegna e del valore dell'ordine. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili.

CONFERMA DI SPEDIZIONE E TRACCIABILITÀ DELL'ORDINE
Una volta spedito l'ordine, riceverete un'e-mail di conferma della spedizione contenente il numero di tracking. Il numero di tracking sarà attivo entro 24 ore e l'ordine sarà spedito dal partner di produzione a contratto di BOLDR e dallo spedizioniere Rohit Capital UAB.

TERMINI DI PAGAMENTO
BOLDR accetta le seguenti forme di pagamento: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Splitit e altre.
Nota bene: le informazioni sulla spedizione non possono essere aggiornate o modificate una volta che l'ordine è stato evaso e spedito dal nostro magazzino. Assicurarsi che tutte le informazioni sulla spedizione siano corrette prima di finalizzare l'ordine.

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. For conditions of the return and the returns process please refer to the return policy below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested beyond this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
- Items must be in a resaleable condition and returned with all original packaging components. If the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged, please contact us. A repackaging fee may apply.
- If products are returned without proper packaging, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any damage incurred during transit. Items damaged beyond resale condition are not eligible for a refund.
- For returns arising from product malfunctions covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, no fees will be applied if the item is confirmed non-operable upon inspection.
Please note that custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, unless the product is faulty or does not meet the described specifications.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The email address used during checkout
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return label with clear shipping and packing instructions if your order meets the return conditions. Please follow the return instructions carefully, ensuring each step is followed. Pre-paid returns labels are currently offered to USA customers only. Customers outside these regions will need to cover shipping costs to their nearest Boldr warehouse in North America or Europe.
During extremely busy periods, this process may take up to 36 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN PROCESS
If the return is approved by Boldr, proceed with the following steps:
Check your email
You will receive an email with shipping and RMA info. Follow the email instructions carefully.
Reset the device
For Kelvin, plug it into a wall outlet and press the power button 5 times until you hear a clicking feedback sound. (Video Guide)
For Klima, press the middle button to reach the settings menu. Then, use the right button to go to the factory reset settings. Finally, hold the middle button until the Klima restarts.
Package the item you wish to return
For Kelvin, refer to the Kelvin Return Guide.

Make sure to attach the return label to the package, ensuring that it’s visible.

Schedule a pickup time
US CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have printed and attached your Return Label, please schedule the most convenient time window for your return package to be picked up. You can schedule the pickup here: Schedule a One-Time Pickup or Recurring Pickups | FedEx. Once the product is picked up, transit to the warehouse will take 5-6 days.
EU AND OTHER REGIONS CONSUMERS INSTRUCTIONS
Email [email protected] with your desired pick-up time. For consumers outside the US BOLDR does not cover shipping costs. You will be in charge of returning the product at your own cost. Please, ensure you choose a shipment with tracking.

Once the package has been received by our warehouse the product will be inspected and tested within 7 working days. If the product is deemed functional and in good condition a refund will be processed within 24h. Your bank may take 2-4 business days to credit your account.

RETURN FEES AND PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
The following products have specific return conditions and restocking fees. Please review the applicable details below:
Kelvin
- Restocking Fee: $35 applied to all returns
- If returned without the Temperature & Humidity sensor an additional $25 fee will be applied.
Returns without the mounting template, screws, or screw anchors are accepted without additional charges.
Klima
- Restocking Fee: $20 applied to all returns
- Without Original Box: $15 fee
- Missing Adapter, Wire, or Plug: $20 fee
- Missing Dock: $15 fee per unit
Returns with missing packaging components or user manual are accepted without additional charges.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure your return shipment is packaged securely. Products damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
- If you purchased a Kelvin and wish to return it, refer to the Kelvin Return Guide.
If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
