I am writing regarding my Boldr Kelvin heater. I purchased it just over a year ago on 19Dec2024. It stopped working in February 2026.
I would like to get it working again. I have contacted Boldr several times through your website, and I have called. I have received no assistance. I have communicated with Sam (Samir) several times. He tells me that he is in communication with the technical folks at Boldr.
I have received no assistance, and I would like to get that heater working again as soon as possible. What can I do to get some help?

My small bathroom had no heat. The steady temp. ranged from 58 to 61 degrees, and it was like showering in an igloo. Because I didn’t want an electrical cord draped around the room, I installed a GFCI outlet in to a recessed electrical box, like one might use for a television wall-mount installation. This enabled the excess cord to stay safely out of sight in the wall void behind the unit.
Customer support was very helpful with my various questions; their call-backs were prompt, the tech supporters were pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly.
My new best friend Kelvin, with its quiet and surprisingly inconspicuous presence, has turned my igloo into a most welcoming space.
I truly couldn’t be happier.
…that’s because it wasn’t shipped until I inquired about the tracking, ten days after I ordered it.
At that point, it would only arrive after I had left for a month out of the country—which is precisely why I ordered it with plenty of time before my departure
When I asked if it could be expedited due to these circumstances and it being Boldr’s fault, I was told “no.”
I expect I’ll enjoy using this one as much as I do the one I ordered last year—but it’s certainly an inauspicious beginning.
It works well in our basement living area. Hoping the electric will be reasonable.
I really like this heater, it does the job. I do have one criticism though, this heater is heavy and I don’t trust the drywall anchors to hold this much weight. I would like to see a hanging system similar to wall mounts for a TV, that you mount to wall studs.
