Introducing Automations

1. Time-Based

This is the new way of looking at scheduling your home climate. Set your Boldr device to kick in at any specific time you choose even at daily events like sunrise or sunset.

For example, you can have your A/C or heating turn on at 8 AM and shut off at 8 PM during weekdays.

2. Presence-Based

The Boldr app understands your presence by using your phone's geo-location. With this information, Automations can trigger an action based on your location.

For example, it can turn off the AC or heating when the last person leaves, and turn it back on when the first person returns home. You can set a specific temperature or even go as granular as setting a specific swing mode of your AC based on this trigger.

3. Sensor-based

Boldr devices have built-in temperature and humidity sensors that keep an eye on your indoor climate. If it gets too hot, cold, or humid, Automations can kick in to adjust your AC or heating by letting you customise based on these readings.

For example, if the temperature in the room reaches 75F you can have your AC turn on and cool things down to 70F. It’s a great way to make sure the climate is always right for your home and loved ones.
