The heater works fine and the the app is functional and easy to use, but the sensor is the worst thing of the unit! The sensor, which turns the heater on and off when you set a temperature to keep a room comfortably heated, is terrible. It will read the rooms tempature as what it was hours prior. It regularly disconnects from the heater, requiring me to reconnect to the heater, and half the time it takes more than three or four times to connect, if it connects at all. I suggest if you want a heater that does not have a separate sensor to turn your heater on and off, do not buy this heater.

Very hard to comment as 24 days later and it is still in Europe. I don't ever expect to see what I paid for. Buyer beware!

It’s easy to install and the product is very high-quality. The only criticism I would give is make sure there is an option to get it longer charging cable. That way you might be able to hide it a little better so it looks like traditional nest thermostat instead of having wires run down the wall might be able to hide it on the other side of walls . This was exactly what I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised on how awesome it works. The app is really well done and works without tons of glitches or defects. Would recommend anybody that needs one of these.
