Did not work. Asked for replacement. Denied. It is February and it makes no heat. Customer service could not resolve. Won't turn on. Apparently others have the same problem. Told me to get a different phone to work their app?! I have a 5G Google Pixel android that's relatively new.
Now they are charging me to send it back. I'm considering just making a video of it being smashed to pieces to vent my frustration after multiple emails and phone calls. DO NOT BUY.
What a great way to heat a room. What a great alternative to an electric space heater. Ordered for my apartment because the heating system is older and my apt is so small it just always smelled like gas. Ordered this for my bedroom/bathroom and it is doing a wonderful job. The install is relatively easy (I did it myself), template is amazing but getting heater on wall screws just took a little blind adjusting and a little patience. The initial phone set up was a tiny bit confusing with the instructions provided as was not sure which exact model I had (names were different) but once everything was activated on my phone (wifi/bluetooth) and figured out which component listed to choose, it was immediate. This is a great heater, totally worth it.
Amazing product - feels like you have a cozy fireplace in your living room without smoke or dry air. Only thing i didnt expect was that its further removed from the wall than i thought it would be. The product images make it look like it sits snug on the wall but in fact it stands out about 3-4 cm. But I guess thats a necessary safety precaution.

Qualty made heater. My only issue was setting it up on my phone but your staff was very helpful in talking me through it.
